Situated next to the Master bedroom, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and is located next to Bathroom 2, in a short hallway leading from the formal lounge. Bedroom 3 is also situated next to Bathroom 2 and has 2 twin beds. A fully equipped utility is located adjacent to the breakfast room. The 2 car garage, with automatic door opener, can be accessed via an internal door from the kitchen/breakfast room. This home has a fenced rear garden and private enclosed pool with child safety fencing, pool blanket and heat available. The well-appointed and spacious pool deck has furniture including table, 4 chairs, 2 loungers and sun parasol. This home is located on the attractive Hampton Lakes sub-division, which has a pleasant mix of vacation guests and permanent residents who have chosen Hampton Lakes as their primary home location.
