Comfortable 4 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Pool Home located in the quiet community of Calabay Parc, just 20 minutes from Walt Disney World. With 1837 square feet, there is plenty of room for the whole family.

The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and it's own private ensuite bathroom, with walk-in shower and garden tub. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed. It does not have a private ensuite, but the second bathroom is located just outside the bedroom door. The third and fouth bedroom both have two twin beds. The third bathroom is a "Jack & Jill" bathroom, between the third and fourth bedrooms.

The living room has two comfortable sofas and a flat screen TV, and is located next to the fully equipped kitchen. It has an open concept There is a small bar off of the kitchen, with two bar stools. The dining area is just off the kitchen also, and will seat up to 6 people.

Just through the sliding glass door, you will find the picturesque pool area; screened in to keep the Florida bug out, but to let the Florida sunshine in. There are no rear neighbors and the pool faces tot he east, which provides you with a beautiful view of the sunrise. It's the perfect way to enjoy your morning coffee or tea. There are 4 sun loungers for relaxing in the sun, and a table with 6 chairs situated under the covered lanai. The lanai also has a ceiling fan, to help cool you off during those hot summer days. Don't forget to ask about having the pool heated during those cooler months. It is an additional fee, but it's worth it!

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a beautiful community set adjacent to a large natural lake. This quiet and tranquil setting is conveniently located for all the theme parks central Florida has to offer. Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Universal Studios, MGM/Disney Studios, Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Shopping Malls, restaurants and nightlife are within an easy drive of between 15 and 30 minutes. The lake boasts a boat ramp and fishing jetty and is a popular location for catching bass. Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is also located close to two of Florida's top golf courses at Champions Gate (7 miles) and Southern Dunes (1 mile). Both the Gulf coast (Clearwater) and Space coast (Daytona) beaches are within an hour and a half drive from Casa del Calabay. Busch Gardens is approximately an hour and ten minutes away.

Shopping:: Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is right by a Super WalMart Store where you can stock up on all of your daily supplies. Also nearby is a Publix supermarket which is located on the US Highway 27 approximately 4 minutes drive from the Villa next to the Heart of Florida Hospital. A pharmacy and take-out restaurants are close by. The famous Orlando Premium Outlets are only a short drive from the villa on the I 4 as are all of Orlando's major shopping malls and factory outlets.
