Welcome to our Villa, furnished with care, consisting of a large master king bedroom with en-suite garden bath and walk-in shower, plus a queen double with savannah shower with toilet and vanity, plus two twin bedrooms, separated by the family bathroom. A great design of the 4 Bedroomed /3 Bathroom- property, on a single storey, with private Pool Deck with Spa.
Enjoy relaxed seating in the Lounge, to enjoy the entertainment on the main flat screen TV & DVD. The formal dining area seats 6, with an additional breakfast table in the kitchen bay window space, set for 4 for the early risers!
The layout is open plan so you can walk through the lounge patio doors on to the pool deck. The patio furniture, comprises of a table, to seat 4 people, plus loungers and chairs, for complete peace,, backing onto private trees for privacy. The pool and spa are the best place to be after a day out, to either chill or to soak up the rays on a 'rest' day.

This Villa has everything on a single storey, so no stairs to climb but you can exercise at the gym in the Community Clubhouse on Site. The kitchen is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave and conventional oven, dishwasher and a variety of gadgets for your convenience. The utility room has a washer and drier for all your laundry needs and linen change in the Villa. The Alarm console is also situated here so please observe the Owners wishes and protect their Home as if it was your own, by setting the Alarm whenever you leave the property.

Free Internet access is available, for those wishing to keeping touch with family and friends and those vital emails!
All linen and towels are provided.

Community Description

This Villa is highly recommended and only 15 minutes away from Disney! For the golfers - nearby are Providence Golf Course, Champions Gate , Reunion and Celebration, plus the Shopping Malls and all the Theme Parks for those wanting the thrills of the Roller Coaster Rides and Disney Magic. Beaches are from an Hours’ drive away in either direction for Daytona or Clearwater / St Pete’s!

Guests are reminded that this is a Pet and Smoke Free environment but smokers can 'light up' outside the Villa and please ensure all cigarette ends are disposed of in the main garbage (grey bin) suitably wrapped to avoid any lingering traces for the next Guests - Thank you and have a great Vacation!
