The cozy living room decorated in various hues of brown is comfortable and has a fusion of modern and new. With 2 large sofas and a couple of matching armchairs, there’s plenty of room for everyone to sitand relax and watch the large flat screen TV. There’s a distinct African theme running throughout the home and the owners have added nice ethnic touches such as wall art and figurines with the formal dining room being no exception. The wooden dining room table has 6 wooden padded chairs. Attached to the dining room is a small family area where you can sit and have a quiet chat on the sofas and armchairs without the distraction of the TV. The open plan kitchen is easy to move about in. There’s a lot of natural light from the many windows and in the centre there’s a kitchen island where you can prepare your food. To the side, there’s also a small round table that seats 2 where you can enjoy your morning coffee. An additional 2 barstools stand at the breakfast bar for more informal dining. The stunning master bedroom is large with beautifully painted walls and royal inspired bedding. The room is kitted out in old-fashioned wooden furniture and the large French doors open up onto the wide balcony where you’ll be able to sit in peace and take in the stunning views that surround you. It has a large en-suite bathroom that has recently been refurbished. The luxury style fittings and features in creams and beiges add to the bathroom’s comfort. With his and her vanities, a large mirror, a separatecorner tub and a walk-in shower, you’ll be able to bathe in comfort and relax completely. The second master bedroom is also spacious and ornately decorated with an impressive wooden headboard. Its queen size bed is comfortable and there’s a selection of new organic linen to choose from. This room also has direct access to its own balcony with splendid views and a private en-suite bathroom. The third room is a queen size room, which is beautifully furnished and has a number of pot plants and palms decorating it and the remaining 2 rooms, which would be perfect for younger guests, are twin rooms. Every bedroom has its own flat screen TV and ceiling fan for your comfort. The games room is also a hit. In the large converted garage with specially treated floors, you’ll be able to enjoy a game of pool on a full-size table with overhanging lights, a game of air hockey, or you can sit at the small bar table and enjoy a drink and watch the others play. The pool area is also a great feature of this modern pool house. The outdoor area is beautifully paved and screened, offering you more privacy.You’ll have access to your own private pool with a connecting Jacuzzi and you’ll be able to rest on one of the provided sun loungers. If you want, you can choose to sit under the shade under the covered lanai area and enjoy a spot of alfresco dining.
