This bright and clean 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom can sleep up to 2 people. It features a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and an open view of the living room. There is a covered balcony that has a beautiful view of the sea and the living room opens up into the main bedroom which features an accordion door for privacy and has a modern en-suite. There is a king size bedroom and the unit is located on the 7th floor and there is an elevator in the building.

All linens are provided as well as beach towels to enjoy your day at the beach. Just pack your clothes and you are all set! Be sure to watch for dolphins as they are very popular in our area!

Located on the southern quiet end of Fort Myers Beach, the condo property offers a geothermal heated swimming pool, clay tennis courts, 10 acres of beautiful tropical grounds and 7 miles of white sugar sand beach. A protected bird estuary with mangrove trees is located near the beach. Also included are shuffle board, gas grills, sunning areas with lounge chairs, laundry rooms in each building and Wi-Fi in the lobby areas.

If you want to dine out, there are many great places right across the street at Santini Plaza, which also includes a boutique, gift shops, clothing stores, post office, ice cream shop, marina with boat rentals and more. There is also a CVS that can meet just about all of your vacation needs. The island trolley will pick you up right across the street at santini plaza for just 50 cents and provides transportation to nearby Lover's Key State Park and throughout the island. Fort Myers Beach is centrally located, only a short distance to Naples and Marco Island to the south and Sanibel and Captiva to the north.
