This 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom villa is located in Thousand Oaks community. Thousand Oaks is only a 15 minute drive to Disney World and minutes from shops and resteraunts. This villa has a screened private heatable pool and spa. This property also sleeps 9 people.

When you walk through the door of this property you are presented by the main living room which has a large flat screen TV. All of the bedrooms have TVs with cable. This property also has free Wifi. The master bedroom has a king size bed with an enqsuite bathroom with walk in shower and tub. The second bedroom has a queen size bedroom with a twin size bed next to it, third bedroom has a double size bed. Finally the fourth bedroom has two twin size bedrooms.

The kitchen comes fully supplied with all of the cooking and eating utensils that you need. An ironing board, iron, and hair dryer are also supplied. The dining room sits 8, and a washer and dryer are also available. All linens and towels are provided for.

The backyard is gorgeous with a wonderful pool and spa that are both heatable. There is also a privacy bush all around the pool area. The lanai area has a table, chairs, and sun layers.

Community Details:

Thousand Oaks vacation home rental community is one of the most peaceful and secluded developments. This exclusive area is appropriately named as the villas are surrounded by beautiful woodland conservation with a multitude of very old majestic oaks and pines. Another unique feature of Thousand Oaks is that the plot sizes are much larger giving you a feeling of peace and seclusion. It has several natural, deep-water lakes, the largest of which is just over 40 acres and teeming with fish and other aquatic wildlife.
