This tastefully decorated and very well maintained home with a spacious open great room floor plan, high ceilings and multiple french doors to the patio and pool lends itself to the ideal Florida lifestyle. Large master suite opens to the patio and pool, while two of the three guest bedrooms sit on the opposite side of the house for privacy. The third bathroom opens to both the great room and the pool/patio. Large and lovely screened in covered patio and pool surrounded by lush tropical landscaping create the perfect area for sunbathing and entertaining.

There are 4 bedrooms in this unit, and this unit sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a queen size bed, the third a full size bed, and finally the 4th bedroom has two twins.

The unit is located less than 3 miles to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Florida Gulf Coast.

This unit comes with Wifi and cable TV. There are flat screen TVs in all rooms. The unit comes with a fully equipped kitchen. There is: a blender, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates, and all cups/glassware. All linens and towels are included, we also include starter toiletries which includes: a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and dish washer liquid. It also has an iron, ironing board, and hair dryers.

We are close to many casual and fine dining restaurants, outlet mall shopping, upscale shopping centers, health food stores, grocery stores, mini golf courses, regular golf courses (including the one on-site), dog races, casino, sunset cruises, fishing, kayaking, and of course our beaches and wonderful sunsets. All the amenities above and more are located just outside the private gated community.


Prestigious Spanish Wells is a guard-gated community minutes away from Bonita Beach, fine dining, shopping and entertainment at the famous Coconut Point Mall or the upscale Mercato Mall.
