Maya's Charming Indian Creek Villa is the perfect vacation spot to host your next vacation! Located in the community of Indian Creek, in Kissimmee, it is just 10-15 minutes from Disney and evenin within walking distance to restaurants & shopping. It's a quiet community, surround by lush green trees and landscaping. It also has a children's playground and soccer field for the family to enjoy.

Within the home, you have a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with breakfast table that will seat up to 4 people. Just off the kitchen, there is a seperate dining room with a table that seats up to 6 people and i perfect for family dinners. The living room has been recently refurbished with modern leather sofa and loveseat set, entertainment stand and large flat screen TV.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and garden tub. There is also a sliding door that leads out to the pool deck. There is a second master bedroom, which has a queen size bed, flat screen TV and private ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The third and fourth bedrooms both have two twin beds and a flat screen TV. They also share the third bathroom, which is located in the ballway between the two bedrooms.

The garage has been converted into a fund game room. It includes a pool table, foosball table, basketball game and a hightop table with two bar stools. This will create hours of entertainment for the whole family. The full size washer and dryer are also located in the garage.

Don't forget about the private pool! It is a south facing pool, so you will have the Florida sunshine on the pool and pool deck, all day long. For the winter months, make sure you ask about having the pool heated. This is an additional cost, but definitely worth it. You can also relax and escape the sun, under the covered lanai. Do you like to BBQ by the pool? We do have gas grills available for rent, for an additional charge.
