Property Description:

This gorgeous 4 bedroom property is one storey, sleeps 8 people comfortably and is located in the gated community of Westridge. Westridge is just minutes to restaurants, shops, and Disney.

As you walk through the front door you are greeted by the open, bright, formal living room. Found in the formal living room you wiill find an L shaped couch and desk. The formal living room leads out into the pool are where you will find a private heatable pool & spa. Around the pool area you will find table, chairs, and sunloungers. The entire pool area is fenced in for your convenience and privacy. Once the pool is heated (for an additional fee) the spa is also heated. A propane grill can be added for an additional fee. We will clean the griill after your use.

As you move through the formal living room you will then be met by the breakfast area and the main living room. The breakfast area seats 4 people and in the adjacent dining room you will find a dining table with seating for 6. In the main living rom you will find two couches, and a large flat screen TV. The main living room also has a sliding door to the pool area.

In the kitchen area you will find all that you are looking for to cook yourself a great meal! All glassware, cookingware, appliances, and utensils are included. The kitchen was recently refurbished and now has gorgeous cabinets and new appliances.

Bedroom Layout:

In the master bedroom you will find a king size bed. The master ensuite bathroom has a shower, tub, and toilet. In the 2nd bedroom you will find a full size bed. In the third bedroom you will find two twin beds. In the 2nd bathroom you will find shower/tub combination & toilet. The 4th Bedroom has a queen size bed. Finally, there is a 3rd bathroom with a shower & toilet.
